Each spring the Asia-Pacific Council of American Chambers of Commerce (APCAC) holds a 2-day business summit to discuss the main issues facing American business in the Asia-Pacific region along with in-depth examination of specific industry issues of critical importance to APCAC members.
This year's summit, coordinated by the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan, takes place on March 1-2 in Tokyo. Speakers will include American, Japanese and other regional thought leaders who will cover such key topics as the evolving trade architecture in Asia, what the recent natural disasters in Thailand and Japan mean for business continuity and supply chain management and the role of innovation in promoting growth in Asia and back home in America.
