But many of them just summarize existing data without digging deeper and attempting to use the data to make predictions, limiting its ability to influence business decisions. This course will show you how to build a scientific business data management system for human resources, help you understand how to manage the basic data, how to analyze business problems and how to estimate the business trends. Supported by a powerful data system, you can easily deal with all kinds of HR changes, be full of confidence in business communications, plan ahead, and aim high when making business decisions.
This course will be conducted in Chinese.
