Communication and negotiation skills are vital and the key success factor in all kinds of business situations. The program trainer will lead the participants in understanding their own and others’ interpersonal style by applying the most updated tools. Participants will learn to improve their relations with co-workers, customers, friends and family members to achieve success in all kinds of negotiation situations. The trainer will make use of actual business case studies and role plays, to let participants get involved and experience the latest communication skills and negotiation processes from a different angle.
