Event Details

Are you maximizing your impact as a leader? Find out with Em Roblin, the award-winning entrepreneur and trainer who has been inspiring women professionals across Asia for almost a decade.

This program brings mid-career women together to think about their impact, both existing and potential. Based on her experience cultivating success in women professionals, Em will help you create a space to reflect, to share, and to gain some clarity on how you can best lead yourself and your organization forward. She'll share critical research on women in leadership, and identify some of the challenges women face throughout their careers. We also will focus on topics that include qualities of successful leaders, developing presence and effective communication, building relationships, work-life balance, growing business acumen, and how to be a role model and mentor. Women will complete the program with an individual action plan with clear, practical steps to take their career to the next level.

Why you need this training: You'll be developing your leadership skills with one of the most pre-eminent trainers in Beijing, Em Roblin, guest lecturer at several notable universities, including Peking University and Tsinghua University, and winner of the Ernst & Young Women in Business Inspiration Leadership Award in 2011. She will help you gain clarity on what successful leaders look like and map your key strengths and areas to grow, thereby increasing your confidence as a leader with impact.

We encourage all professional women from all industries and backgrounds to join this workshop to develop to their careers.

This course will be conducted in English.
