Writing reports can be a chore – or it can be an opportunity to demonstrate your strategic thinking and influence important people in your organization.

This course is designed to help senior executives build a basic underlying structure for strategic thinking and develop strong persuasion skills. The aim is to create a confident persona that attracts support from decision-makers and helps build a network of effective professional contacts. It is based on Roland Berger's theory, including his original methodology of the 18 different dimensions of strategic thinking, as well as various other theories that can be adapted to a wide variety of audiences.

Why you need this training: This course will help you convey your ideas to colleagues through the development of superior strategic thinking and communications skills.
