What's New in the 2016 SIAC Rules? Can You Short Cut an Arbitration Proceeding? Come and explore the New SIAC Rules for Early Dismissal of Claims and Defences.

Join us for an Innovative Mock Arbitration Tribunal with representatives from the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and Morrison & Foerster on May 15, 2017.

We’re honored to invite Kevin Nash, Deputy Registrar & Centre Director at Singapore International Arbitration Centre to attend the event, he will introduce the new rules and conclude with comments on the session.

These rules hold tremendous promises for streamlining arbitration proceedings in appropriate cases, resulting in earlier determinations and significant cost savings. The mock arbitration event will explore practical applications in this innovative new procedure, and will involve a mock scenario that will highlight the potential utility of the procedure in appropriate cases.
