We are very pleased to have Samm Sacks, Cybersecurity Policy and China Digital Economy Fellow at New America, to brief P+ members on facets of US-China technology integration and competition, China's cybersecurity regime and emerging technology governance.

She recently testified on March 7, 2019, in the inaugural hearing of the Senate Commerce Subcommittee on Security on the topic of "China: Challenges to US Commerce."

We encourage all P+ members who are interested in the US-China technology relationship and emerging digital governance to attend the event. Due to the time difference, the video conference will take place at 8:15 am on April 23. Light breakfast with coffee and tea will be served.

To register, please sign up by clicking "register" above and fill out this anonymous questionnaire. This would be a great time to get yourself familiarized with cyber-related issues by working together with your colleagues from other functions on responding to these questions.

Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please RSVP by noon April 19 (Friday). If you have any questions, please email Chloe Ma at
