This full day session focuses on the skills for consultative selling that help to make a compelling delivery, establish a long term relationship with clients and achieve business goals. The skills and techniques from this course improve confidence and the ability to ask richer questions, lead purposeful discussions and persuade and influence more effectively – particularly at the closing stage of selling.

Trainer - James Huang The session will be delivered by James Huang, MDS Senior Consultant and a very experienced sales trainer with considerable professional experience in a variety of industries such as environment, manufacturing and education. James’s 16 years experience in Learning and Development began in 1996 with a Swedish Training Company (Mercuri International) and later with Achieve Global where he was in charge of sales and delivery of leadership training programs. Since 2004 James has become an independent consultant providing valued services to many top multi-national companies in China. His recent clients include – ABB, Schneider Electric, Johnson Control, Google, Coca Cola, Nestle, Henkel, Medronic and BMW China.
James obtained a Bachelor degree in Physics from the University of Nanjing and a Masters in Environmental Engineering for the General Research Institute of Metallurgy and Minerals. Fully certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Step II, Mercuri International and Achieve Global programs, James has a highly enthusiastic and energetic delivery style combined with extensive experience and expertise in training, making him a very charismatic trainer.
